1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Brevws.live ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. User Eligibility

• Submission of Content: Users may submit reviews, comments, or other content ("User Content") regarding their past job experiences. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
• Rights You Grant: By submitting User Content to the Site, you grant Brevws a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Site and Brevws's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Site (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
• Content Responsibility: You agree not to post any content that:
  • Is defamatory, false, misleading or inaccurate.
  • Violates any law or regulation.
  • Infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights.
  • Contains viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files.
  • Constitutes harassment, bullying, or is otherwise objectionable.

4. Privacy

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

We may terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brevws, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Changes to Terms

Brevws reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
